Oatmeal is my go-to breakfast during the week but it can get a little boring. I sometimes add fresh fruit and a little cinnamon - but then I thought why not do something a little more fun?!

I'm obsessed with all things peanut butter and am a total sucker for a PB&J sandwich. I decided to incorporate those flavors into my morning oatmeal and I'm now wondering why in the world I didn't do so sooner!
