Tropical Mango Citrus Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • ¼ cup mango nectar
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice for serving
  • Coarse salt for rimming glasses
  • Lime wedges for rimming and garnish

Instructions

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass to moisten. Dip the rims into coarse salt to coat.
  • In a pitcher, combine simple syrup, lime juice, orange juice, mango nectar, and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
  • Fill prepared glasses with ice. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, filling each glass to just below the salted rim.
  • Garnish with lime slices and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute pineapple juice for mango nectar if desired.
  • Chill juices and sparkling water before mixing for best flavor.
  • For a frozen version, blend with ice until slushy.
