What You Need to Make Virgin Mango Margaritas

  • Simple syrup
  • 4 limes + extra one for garnish
  • 2 oranges
  • Mango nectar
  • Sparkling water

How to Make this Virgin Mango Margarita

Making this delicious mocktail couldn't be easier!

  • Prepare your glasses by going around the rim of each glass with a lime wedge to moisten the rim. Place some coarse salt on a small plate and dip the rim of each glass into the salt, turning the glass to coat the entire rim in salt.
  • Combine simple syrup, lime juice, orange juice, mango nectar and sparkling water in a pitcher and mix with a spoon or whisk until all ingredients are combined.
  • Fill each glass with ice cubes and pour margarita right on top of ice, filling each glass to just below the salted rim. Garnish glasses with fresh lime slices and enjoy!

A Few Notes for Virgin Mango Margaritas

  • These mango margaritas can also be made frozen. For frozen margaritas, add all ingredients except sparkling water to a high powered blender and add about a cup and a half of ice cubes. Mix until blended and smooth. To add even more mango flavor substitute half the amount of ice cubes for frozen mango chunks!
  • You can make your own simple syrup or use premade simple syrup. To make your own simple syrup, just add equal parts water and sugar (for example, 1 cup water + 1 cup sugar) to a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  • Feel free to try flavors other than mango in this margarita recipe! Substitute the mango nectar for strawberry, raspberry or blueberry fruit puree. Get creative and be sure and let me know how your creations turn out in the comments section below!
